First, startup Outlook Express and choose ¨ Tools 〃 in the main menu, then click on ¨ Accounts... 〃 and open ¨ Internet accounts 〃; |

On ¨ E-mail Server Names 〃 window, the system defaults ¨ My incoming mail server is a POP3 server 〃 and itˇs no need to be amended. Input enterprise email POP3 server in my incoming mail(POP3,IMAP or http) server frame, that is mail.corpease.net while input enterprise email outgoing mail server in Outgoing mail(SMTP) server frame, that is mail.corpease.net then click on ¨ Next 〃 |

Input the account name and password of your enterprise email on the ¨ Internet Mail Logon 〃 window respectively, in which the account name is your enterprise email address, for example me@mycompany.com.cn while the password is the newly set mailboxˇs. Do remember not to select Log on using Secure Password Authentication (SPA), then click ¨Next〃 |

On ¨ Internet account 〃 window , click on ¨ Properties 〃 on the right side and open the ¨ Properties 〃 window, then the following will appear. You can amend the mail account to be the whole name of your email address or keep mail.corpease.net while it is suggested to fill in the Organization, but it is no need to fill in the Reply address. Please check and affirm the email address is the whole name. |

Click on ¨ Servers 〃 on the above window, then the following will appear; |

Draw and select ¨ My server requires authenticaton 〃 on the above window , then click on ¨ Apply 〃, and at the same time, click " Settings " to the right of My server requires authenticaton, then the following will appear, please keep the default setting " Use same setting as my incoming mail server " and do not amend it. |

Click on ¨ OK 〃 on the above window and return to the previous window, then click on " Connection " again and the following will appear, please do not select "Always connect to this account using . |

Click on ¨ Secuity 〃 on the above window, then the following will appear, please keep the default setting. |

Click the “ok” button on the picture above to return to the previous window. Then click the “Advanced” option menu, set the “Server timeouts” values as 5 minutes, select “This server requires a secret connection (SSL)” below “Outgoing mail (SMTP)” and “This server requires a secure connection (SSL)” below “Incoming mail(POP3)”. Confirm that the smtp port is 994, and the POP3 port is 995. It is suggested not to select the option "Leave a copy of messages on server" ,or the mail box will be occupies soon that there is no room to receive the new mails.

Click on ¨ OK 〃 on the above window and return to Internet accounts, then click on ¨ close 〃, the account will be set completely. After confirming the PC is connected to the internet, you can click ¨ Send and Receive 〃 to send or receive the emails. |

If you want to leave a copy of messages on server, click on ¨Advanced〃 on the accountˇs Properties, draw and select ¨Leave a copy of messages on server 〃, then the option of setting detail rules will be changed from Forbidden (Grey) to Selected (Black) and at the same time, please draw and select ¨Remove from server after 1 day(s)〃, because if the messages keep in the Web mailbox for a long time, the mailbox will be full not to receive the mails from other mailboxes. 。 |
